Zum Riederstein in Munich

Really great! Were there for dinner in the evening, my beer goulash with spaetzle and also the cheese spaetzle of my companion were very delicious (spaetzle homemade? , easy to cook with Parika), portions really very neat, prices for Munich perfectly okay, Augustiner from the barrel delicious as always. The staff was nice and very fast, nonetheless unobtrusive, absolute recommendation, we will be back!

Nice pub furnished in the Augustinian style, dark and rustic. Service prompt & attentive, very friendly. Beer - Ice-cold Augustiner as it should be, the same with all cold drinks. Food - very tasty & also plentiful. Had the beef goulash, I can only recommend it. When the weather is good, you can sit outside and watch life in the Werksviertel. You can park either in the car store (subject to a charge, exit directly in front of the inn) or in the surrounding area on the street. Public - Ostbahnhof. Very welcoming, will be back.

The food came late and was cold. Mediocre quality. Service slow.

Only bad ! We sat at the table for 30 minutes and were completely ignored! When asked if we could order something, we were told that the area was not served! Ok no problem we sat down at another table; but after another 20 minutes right next to the main entrance, we have to speak to a waiter again that we would like to order something! And we get the statement: only from 6:00 pm! Everyone around us gets something to eat and drink! Really sad! I will avoid this restaurant in the future and will not recommend it to anyone!

Eeeeewig waited and then the food came to the table after 1 hour lukewarm. Didn't taste "homemade" either. Pity!

Always nice service. Good beer

For some restaurants it would be better to avoid television presence, because then one or the other embarrassment would not be so obvious. Here you probably mainly prepare warmed-up food from convenience products, but you don't have the guts to fully admit this to your colleagues. Well, this new "in quarter" at the former Kunstpark Ost doesn't just produce something successful. Even the ferris wheel has already changed operator.

Augustiner beer is good, food is average. But nicely integrated in the Werksviertel, across from the Gin Bar.

A bottle of wheat beer, free brewery, contains 0.5 liters. The local evaporation must be enormous, because the way from bottle to glass to the guest reduces the content by the thickness of an adult's finger ...

Very delicious food, the snack platter for example was plentiful and more than sufficient for several people! Augustiner beer, well poured and quickly brought to the table. A dream! The staff is very friendly and very professional! Will definitely come back

Very nice and cozy shop. Nice selection of regional dishes at a good price. The waiter was super nice and always on the spot. Were there for the first time watching football and it probably won't be the last time. I can only recommend the "Zum Riederstein".

My pork roast was really delicious. I particularly liked the coleslaw, but also the crust was delicious. The staff was friendly and always very nice. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Nice new pub built in a typical Bavarian style. Netra dark and low. Typical. Waiters ok. For lunch you can order the dishes of the day at a special price. Very good cheeseburger with good meat. It's said it's a Max Cheeseburger but don't count on it. It spoils the effect a little, the salad is poured with ready sauce on the same plate. Beef stew in beer sauce is also good. Try Dinners as an appetizer. Pasta in tomato sauce with al forno meat doesn't fit here a bit, but who likes it.

Food is okay. Not so cheap though. Expect to pay 12-15€ for a lunch meal. Waiting times are normal.

Bit dark but soothing inside; some of the décor reminiscent of a castle or old tavern - quite a comforting place to sit. It felt a bit busy and understaffed; there was just the one waiter running around and didn't really afford us much time - we managed to get shown to a table before he vanished then reappeared later with menus. Sadly there was no English translation but I still went for a daily special which consisted of strips of pancake floating in a clear broth (somewhat tasteless) but a lump of roast pork with crackling in a tasty gravy with a potato dumpling (quite soft and glutinous) and sauerkraut, which didn't really seem to go with the rest of the warm plate. Beer was fine, and drinks came quickly after ordering. When we first arrived I saw a party of 8 sit at the large table next to us which were then moved off as the table had been reserved. That table was still empty after we'd left, so it seemed strange they'd turn away business like that. Although this place sufficed for a lunch but I couldn't help feeling they could do with more staff; even at part-full capacity they struggled to get around to everyone.

Friendly staff, prompt service, good beer, good food. We had fun and enjoyed our dinner before the concert in the Tonhalle.

Can't understand the bad reviews at all! The waiter was very friendly, the prices okay and the food very tasty! Maybe because I only had one salad, but as I mentioned earlier, it was delicious! The chicken was extremely good, you didn't have the typical roast taste in your mouth, but it tasted a rooster fresh from the oven. We recommend!
